What is cash flow?

Cash flow measures the previous, current, and future value of a company’s assets based on the financial behavior that a company demonstrates.

There are several types of cash flows: cash flows from operations, cash flows from investing, and cash flows from financing. An investor can learn more about a company's cash flows from their quarterly or annual statement of cash flows.

How we make money

Our investment management business generates asset-based fees, which are calculated as a percentage of assets under management. We also sell both admissions and sponsorship packages for our investment conferences and advertising on our websites and newsletters.

How we approach editorial content
